As much as we all LOVE getting those little rug rats back to school, the weeknight dinner crunch can be brutal. Getting dinner on the table quickly seems to be my kryptonite. So, I hunted down the best back to school dinners–ALL with 5 ingredients or LESS–to help out!

I know. It’s sooooo tempting. It’s easy, the kitchen stays clean, and you don’t have to weave your magic in record time tonight. But, fight the good fight and plan on a quick, nutritious, and EASY dinner tonight.
I mean–5 ingredients is almost as FAST as going through the drive thru.

#1: Greek Yogurt Pizza Crust by Red Head Can Decorate
I’m just gonna come out swinging–this recipe only has 2 ingredients! TWO! Greek Yogurt? In Pizza? YES! Red Head has managed to make pizza healthy(ish!). Pretty amazing.
I have made this recipe for about a year now, and it has been a fun Friday night pizza treat for my kids time and again. This is one you’re just gonna have to try for yourselves!
BTW–I’ve made this with and without a mixer, a pizza pan and a sheet pan, even with a mix of whole wheat flour and I’ve managed to pull it off each time!
I’m telling you–this one is gonna be a keeper in that weeknight dinner rotation!
