When I stumbled upon this amazing woman, I was really struggling with moving to a new state. She is an amazing psychologist, a mindfulness teacher, and the mom friend you wish you had all rolled into one.
Her podcasts fall under two categories: weekly discussions and weekly meditations. So, even if you’re not into meditation, her weekly discussions will blow your mind. Whatever you’re going through, this lady can help you get through it.

My family doctor recommended this little gem, and I’ve been obsessed with it. This is great for when you have around an hour of chill time (for me, it’s right before bed). It is filled with cool science, history, and interviews.
Last summer, my husband and I listen to this at least 3 times a week before drifting off to sleep.
#5 Wow in the World:
This one is a game changer for errand running. Kids will actually stop arguing (and/or yelling for no reason) to listen to this podcast. Added bonus: this was a freaking life saver during our last trip to the coast!
